Marion I. Whitver, 91, of Moline, died November 5, 2009 at Bickford Cottage, Moline.
Graveside services will be in Chapel Hill Cemetery, Dixon, IL. 11:00 a.m. Saturday, November 7, 2009. Memorials may be made to Arrowhead Ranch. Esterdahl Mortuary &Crematory, Ltd. is assisting the family.
Marion was born June 21, 1918 in Dixon, IL to John and Mahale (Seybert) Whitver.
She attended business college in Chicago. She worked for over 40 years as the personal assistant of William J. Friedman, a prominent Chicago attorney. Marion also resided in Chicago, Coal Valley, and Rock Island. For several years, she commuted to her job in Chicago while living in the Quad Cities.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
