Mary Margaret (Lynn) Hansen, age 90, of Moline, died Friday, August 19, 2011 at Trinity, Rock Island.
Mass of Christian Burial will be 10:00 a.m., Monday, August 22, 2011 at Christ the King Catholic Church, 3205-60th Street, Moline. Visitation is from 2:00-4:00 p.m. Sunday at Esterdahl Mortuary & Crematory, Ltd. 6601-38th Avenue, Moline. Burial is at Greenview Memorial Gardens, East Moline. Memorials may be made to a charity of your choice.
Mary was born December 28, 1920, in Viola, IL, the daughter of William and Florence Brownlee Lynn. She married Earl L. Hansen on July 10,1942 in Moline.
Mary graduated from Alexis High School in 1938. She worked at Eagle Signal during WW II making timers for the Norton Bombsite. Mary retired from Moline High School in 1981, where she managed the cafeteria for 22 years. She was a member of Christ the King Catholic Church in Moline. Mary loved family gatherings, NASCAR and following Moline High School sports.
