Mary Lou Seibert, 84, of Moline, IL, died March 22, 2017, at Clarissa C. Cook Hospice House, Bettendorf, IA.
Funeral services will be held at 3 p.m. with a visitation one hour prior on Sunday, March 26, 2017, at Esterdahl Mortuary & Crematory, Ltd., 6601 38th Avenue, Moline. Burial will be at National Cemetery at the Rock Island Arsenal at a later date. Memorials may be made to her family.
Mary Lou was born on May 4, 1932, in Sikeston, MO, the daughter of Fred and Mary Sadler Hicks. She married Robert L. Seibert, Sr. on September 3, 1950, in Moline, IL, and he preceded her in death on July 26, 1992. She retired from Rock Island County JPTA in 1998 after 25 years as a secretary. Later she worked as a secretary for Family and Marriage Counseling in Rock Island, retiring in 2006.
Survivors include her sons, Robert (Marilyn) Seibert, Jr., Silvis, IL, and Steve Seibert, Alpha, IL; daughters, Karen (Paul) Morford, Moline, IL, Denise (Merle) Borisek, Swedona, IL, Dana (Mike) McNaught, Hillsdale, IL, and Lori Seibert, Orion, IL; 9 grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; 2 sisters; 1 brother; special friend, Mike Crossen.
