Maurice "Bob" Hultgren, Jr., age 89, of East Moline, died Sunday, August 8, 2010 at Forest Hill Health & Rehab Center, East Moline.
Graveside services will be 12:00 p.m. Wednesday, August 11, 2010 at National Cemetery, Rock Island Arsenal with military honors conducted by Moline American Legion Post #246. Visitation is from 10:00-11:00 a.m. prior to the service at Esterdahl Mortuary & Crematory, Ltd. 6601-38th Avenue, Moline. Memorials may be made to the American Diabetes Association.
Bob was born June 23, 1921 in Moline, the son of Maurice Rutherford and Clara (Cory) Hultgren, Sr.
Bob was employed in the service department of Sears Roebuck and Co. for 38 years, retiring in 1984. He was also active in the Alternatives for Older Adults. Bob was a navy veteran.
