Michael Ervin Montgomery, 66, of Opheim, died on Friday, February 19, 2016 at Illini Restorative Care, Silvis, Illinois.
Visitation will be from 4:00 - 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, February 23, 2016 at Kirk, Huggins & Esterdahl Funeral Home, Ltd. 1301 4 Street, Orion. A private graveside service will be held at a later time. Burial will be in Western Township Cemetery in Orion. Memorials may be made to family.
Mike was born on November 2, 1949 in Monmouth, Illinois the son of Ervin and Leona Hull Montgomery.
Mike attended Alwood schools then graduated from Orion High School. He went on to work with Regals / National By Products for 25 years and was a long time member of Local Teamsters 371. Mike enjoyed flowers, trivia and playing cards but above all was spending time with his family and friends.
