Mildred A. Bjorkman

Mildred A. Bjorkman, 101, of Huntsville, AL formerly of Moline died February 16, 2008 in Huntsville, AL.
Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Monday, Feb. 25, 2008 with a visitation one hour prior at Esterdahl Mortuary & Crematory, Ltd. 6601-38th Ave., Moline. Burial will be in Moline Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to First Lutheran Church, Moline.
Mildred was born February 22, 1906 in Moline to Carl V. and Katrin Lundblad Widen. She married Ernest J. Bjorkman on September 4, 1937 in Davenport. He preceded her in death on April 21, 1997.
Mildred owned and operated Johnson's Bakery for over 20 years. She also worked as an operator for the Bell telephone company.
She was a member of First Lutheran Church, Moline where she belonged to the Eunice Circle. She also was a member of the Vasa Lodge.
