Services for Mildred E. Wickman, 96 of Crystal Pines Healthcare Center in Crystal Lake, Illinois formerly of Moline, IL will be 11:00 a.m. with a visitation one hour prior on Monday, June 19, 2006 at Faith Lutheran Church in Moline, IL where she was a member. Burial will be in Moline Memorial Park immediately after the service. In lieu of flowers, a memorial may be given to the family to plant a tree in her name in her favorite Veterans Acres Park in Crystal Lake, IL. Esterdahl Mortuary & Crematory, Ltd., Moline is assisting the family.
Mildred Elvira Wickman (nee Anderson) died June 15, 2006 at Crystal Pines Healthcare in Crystal Lake, IL. She was born June 1, 1910 in Jeppo, Finland to Jack and Ida Anderson. She married Hugo A. Wickman June 25, 1936 in Bessemer, Michigan. She was a homemaker who enjoyed sewing, gardening and handicrafts. Her husband died in 1991. Two sisters and her parents also preceded her in death.
