Myra Ann Wright, age 71, of Moline, died Saturday, December 11, 2010 at Trinity, Moline.
Funeral services will be 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, December 15, 2010 at Esterdahl Mortuary & Crematory, Ltd. 6601-38th Avenue, Moline. Visitation is from 4:00-7:00 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home. Burial is at Oak Lawn Memorial Gardens, Galesburg, IL. Memorials may be made to The American Heart Association.
Myra was born July 30, 1939 in East Galesburg, IL, the daughter of Forrest and Inez (Brown) Loveridge. She married Calvin L. Wright on March 5, 1961 in Alpha, IL.
Myra was raised in Alpha, IL, and graduated as salutatorian from Alwood High School in 1957, and from the Moline Public School of Nursing in 1960. She was employed as a registered nurse, retiring in 1993. Myra just celebrated her 50th class reunion from nurses training. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. Myra enjoyed reading, but most of all she enjoyed baby sitting with her granddaughters.
