Nancy Jane Ambrozi

Nancy Jane Ambrozi, 79, of Moline, passed away Tuesday, March 27, 2018, at Rosewood Care Center, Moline.

Funeral services will be held at 12 p.m. Saturday, March 31, 2018, at Esterdahl Mortuary & Crematory, Ltd., 6601 38th Ave., Moline.  Visitation will be from 4-7 p.m. Friday, March 30, 2018, at the funeral home.  Burial will be at Greenview Memorial Gardens, East Moline.  Memorials may be made to Heritage Wesleyan Church of Rock Island or The Love-Hope Project.

Nancy was born on March 1, 1939 in Moline, the daughter of Harry C. and Brentice McGregor Gray.  She married Joseph Ambrozi on June 14, 1959 in East Moline; he preceded her in death in 1995.  Nancy was a charter member at Heritage Wesleyan Church in Rock Island.  She also was a part of the Soul Sister’s Family.  She enjoyed Facebook, computers, and spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Survivors include her sons, Joel (Terry) Ambrozi, Moline, and Steven (Ann) Ambrozi, Bettendorf; grandchildren, Tara (Mike) Kapple, Kyle (Chelsea) Ambrozi, Taylor Ambrozi, Libby (Kyle) Messmer, and Tyler (Holly) Ambrozi; great grandchildren, Alexus, Kaci, Kelsey, and Blake; sisters, Jessie Boyd and Jacqueline Martens; brother, Charles Gray; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph.
