Nathan A. Douglas, 33, passed away at Proctor Hospital in Peoria on September 9, 2009.
Memorial services will be 2:00 p.m. on September 15th at Esterdahl Mortuary & Crematory, Ltd.,
6601-38th Avenue, Moline. Visitation will be one hour prior to services at the funeral home.
Nathan was born on December 2, 1975 in Moline the son of Patrick Douglas and Kathryn "Kathy" Martin Douglas.
During junior high Nathan played junior Panther Football. He enjoyed video games and collecting baseball cards.
