Onady "Dy" Sysompheng

Onady “Dy” Sysompheng, 37, of Rock Island, passed away unexpectedly on Friday, January 26, 2018, at UnityPoint Health-Trinity Rock Island.

Funeral services will be held at 4 p.m. Saturday, February 3, 2018, at Esterdahl Mortuary & Crematory, Ltd., 6601-38th Avenue, Moline.  Visitation will be from 2-4 p.m. Saturday prior to the services at the funeral home.  Cremation will follow services.

Dy was born on August 7, 1980 in Thailand, the daughter of Xa Sysompheng and Song Yuenyoung.  She worked as a massage therapist at Authentic Health Center in Moline.

Dy loved attending her children’s sporting events and spending time with her family members.  She also enjoyed dancing and traveling with friends and family.

Dy is survived by her fiancé, LaMonte Nimmers, Rock Island; daughter, Kaniyah Price-Sysompheng, Davenport; sons, Jamir Price-Sysompheng, Rock Island, and Amarion Nimmers, Rock Island; granddaughter, Leyona McCoy; parents Xa and Song Sysompheng, East Moline; brother, Johnson Sysompheng, East Moline; several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.

She was preceded in death by her maternal and paternal grandparents.
