Orlo A. Marshall, age 90, of Geneseo, formerly of Orion, died Saturday, May 26, 2007 at Good Samaritan Nursing Home , Geneseo.
Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, May 30, 2007 at Kirk, Huggins & Esterdahl Funeral Home, Ltd. 1301-4th Street, Orion. Visitation is from 4:00-7:00 p.m.on Tuesday at the funeral home. Burial is in Western Township Cemetery, Orion. Memorials may be made to Orion United Methodist Church or the family for a fund to be established.
Orlo was born June 14, 1916 in Geneseo, the daughter of Edgar and Almeda Johnson. She married George W. Marshall on June 20, 1941 in Geneseo. He preceded her in death in 1981
Orlo was employed as the food service director for the Orion school district retiring in 1981. She previously worked at the Dairy K.
Orlo was a member of the Orion United Methodist Church where she was also a member of the Queen Esther Circle. Orlo was a member of the YMCA where she swam until she was 86, and had many friends. She also enjoyed bowling, traveling and golfing.
