Patricia M. Dare

Patricia M. Dare, age 60, of East Moline lost the battle to A.L.S. on Friday, August 2, 2013, surrounded by her family at her residence.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Monday, August 5, 2013 at Esterdahl Mortuary & Crematory, Ltd. 6601-38th Avenue, Moline. Visitation is from 11:00-1:00 p.m. prior to the service at the funeral home. Burial is at National Cemetery, Rock Island Arsenal. Memorials may be made to the family.

Patricia was born March 19, 1953 in Moline, the daughter of Carl A. and Marie L. (York) Engwall. She married her childhood sweet heart Donald E. Dare, Sr. on August 14, 1971 in Moline.

Patricia was employed as a waitress for the Moline Maid-Rite on 16th Street and also the Moline Denny's. She loved reading and dancing, listening to country music and watching NASCAR. Patricia was also an avid Chicago Bears and Cub fan.
