Patricia J. Kildow-Banks

Patricia J. Kildow-Banks, 94, of Moline, passed away, March 16, 2025, at Clarissa C. Cook Hospice House, Bettendorf.

Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, March 22, 2025, at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, East Moline. Visitation will be from 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. on Saturday at the church. Entombment will be at the Moline Memorial Park Mausoleum. Memorials may be made to the missionary fund at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, East Moline.

Patricia was born on August 17, 1930, in Moline, the daughter of Frederick G. and Ethel M. (Heath) Kildow. She married DuWayne H. Banks on February 17, 1990, at the Chicago Illinois Temple of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. He preceded her in death in April of 2010. Patricia had worked as a bookkeeper and office manager at Good Year Tires for 10 years, and later at Consumers, Moline for 23 years, finally retiring from Hometown Plumbing and Heating in 1990. She held many offices within her church. She was very talented at quilting, needle point and an enthusiastic reader.

Survivors include her stepchildren, Douglas (Sandra) Banks, Robert (Irina) Banks, Neil (Judy) Banks, JoEll Wilford; numerous step grandchildren; many step-great-grandchildren; brother-in-law, Russell Phillips.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, DuWayne; stepdaughter, JoAnn Long; siblings, Iris Shannon, Wanda Adamson, Georgia Pearson, Bonnie Phillips, and Eugene Kildow.
