Patricia A. Little, 78, of Moline, IL, died Monday, April 21, 2014, at UnityPoint Health - Trinity Rock Island, Rock Island, IL.
A memorial service will be held at 3 p.m. Saturday, April 26, 2014, at Esterdahl Mortuary & Crematory, Ltd., 6601 38th Avenue, Moline. Visitation will be from 1 to 3 p.m. prior to the service at the funeral home. Per her wishes cremation rites will be accorded and inurnment will be at Calvary Cemetery in Decatur, IL, at a later date. Memorials may be made to Heritage Woods of Moline Resident's Fund.
Patricia was born on July 15, 1935, in Decatur, IL, the daughter of Donald F. and Bonnie Mae (Goodsell) Little. Her undergraduate work was completed at Milliken University. She received her master's degree from Sangamon State University. Patricia worked as a licensed professional counselor in mental health. She married Paul Turner in August of 1956, in Decatur, IL.
Patricia was a member of Church Universal Triumphant, League of Women Voters, and the Republican Party. She was also a member of the Social Service Department at St. Mary's Hospital in Decatur and helped to organize the Boy's Club of Decatur. She enjoyed gardening and painting. More than anything, Patricia loved spending time with her family.
