Patrick M. Buckley, 60, of Moline, died Monday, July 19, 2010 at Trinity Bettendorf.
Funeral service will be held at 11:00 A.M., Friday, July 23, 2010 at Bethel Wesley United Methodist Church, 1201 13th Street, Moline. Celebration of life will be held from 4:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M., Thursday, July 22, 2010 at the Moline Viking Club, 1450 41st Street, Moline. Please join the family in sharing memories of Pat's life with joy in your heart. Burial will be at Roselawn Memorial Estates. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to National Brain Tumor Society, Pathway Hospice Bettendorf, or to Bethel Wesley United Methodist Church. Esterdahl Mortuary & Crematory, Ltd. is assisting the family with arrangements.
Pat was born on April 30, 1950 in Moline to Jacob and Mary Jane Veys Buckley. He married Kathleen A. Coyne on September 6, 1975 in Moline.
Pat was an engineering analyst with John Deere and later a consultant with Sedona Technologies. He was a former Cub Scout leader, member of the Moline Boosters, and Moline Project Graduation. He was a member of Bethel Wesley United Methodist Church, Moline, where he was very active. He was also involved with Habitat for Humanity. Patk also enjoyed the outdoors, fishing, and golf. He also had a passion for vintage and sports cars.
