Pearl A. Kimble

Pearl Kimble, 93, of Moline, went to rest in the arms of the Lord on Thursday, May 29, 2008 at River Park Healthcare Center, Rock Island.
Graveside services will be 1:30 p.m. on Tuesday, June 3, 2008 at National Cemetery, Rock Island. Anyone wishing to attend services needs to be at Esterdahl Mortuary & Crematory, Ltd., 6601-38th Ave., Moline, at 1 p.m. for procession to the cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the family.
Pearl was born March 19, 1915 in Quincy, IL, the daughter of Lillis and Lucy (Barnes) Tyler. She married Alfred Likes, Sr. on December 27, 1932. She later married Ralph "Archie" Kimble in 1950. He preceded her in death in November 1991.
Pearl was employed at Reefe's in Davenport. She also sang in her church choir.

She was preceded in death; by her parents, her 5 siblings, daughter Joan Lohmeyer, son Alfred W. Likes, Jr., and grandson Tom Geryol-Kaufmann.
