Rae McKittrick

Rae McKittrick, 72, of Moline, passed away Saturday, April 27, 2019, at UnityPoint Health-Trinity, Rock Island, IL.

A funeral service will be 10 a.m., Thursday, May 2, 2019 at Esterdahl Mortuary & Crematory, Ltd., Moline.  Visitation will be from 5:00 – 8:00 p.m. on Wednesday at the funeral home.  Per her wishes, cremation rights will follow services.  Inurnment will be at Moline Memorial Park at a later date. Memorials may be made to the family.

Rae was born on September 17, 1946 in Moline, the daughter of Albert J.and Josephine Barbier Bull, Sr. She spent over 20 years with her longtime partner, and friend, Donald Smith. Rae worked at Trinity Medical Center in the dietary department for 25 years, retiring in 2000. She enjoyed crocheting and most of all, spending time with her grandchildren.

Survivors include her daughter, Patty (Aaron) Hartshorn, Moline; 4 grandchildren, Brad Daniels, Jessica Hartshorn, Lindsay Hartshorn, Holly Hartshorn; brother, Tom Bull and sister in law, Bonnie Bull.

Many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her lifetime partner, Donald Smith; parents and brother, Albert Jr.
