R.D. Davis

R.D. Davis, 64 of Cable, Illinois, passed away on Monday, October 22, 2018, at Aperion Care, East Moline.

A family directed memorial service will be 4:00 p.m. on Thursday, October 25, 2018 at the Cable Community Church, 1498 303rd Street, Sherrard.  There will be a time to visit with the family following the service.  Cremation rites have been accorded and burial will take place at a later date.  Memorials may be made to his family.

R.D. was born on October 13, 1954 in Moline, Illinois, the son of Norman G and Joyce A. Hebblen Davis.  He was a member of the Cable Community Church.  R.D. loved his family and truly cherished time spent with his brother, Cecil.

Survivors include his siblings, Pauline (Michael) Hahn, Rockfalls, IL, Jerry Davis, Milan, IL, Cecil Davis, Milan, IL; and many nieces and nephews.

R.D. was preceded in death by his parents and his brother, Roland.
