Rick C. Huffstutler

Richard “Rick” C. Huffstutler, 71, of Coal Valley, passed away Monday, April 30, 2018, at home.

Cremation rites have been accorded.  A graveside service will be held at 2:30 p.m. on Friday, May 11, 2018, at the Mausoleum Chapel at St. Mary’s Cemetery in East Moline.  Memorials may be made to his family.  Esterdahl Mortuary & Crematory, Ltd., is assisting the family with arrangements.

Rick was born on March 19, 1947 in Moline, the son of Charles W. and Katherine Cronin Huffstutler.  He married Peggy Kint on August 22, 1988.  Rick worked as an over the road truck driver, home improvement salesman, real estate agent, and construction truck driver.  Rick was of the Catholic faith.

Survivors include his wife, Peggy.

He was preceded in death by his parents.
