Robert Lee Myles

Robert Lee Myles, 80, of Davenport, passed away, Friday, November 5, 2021, at Good Samaritan Senior Living, Davenport.

Funeral services will be held at 3:00 p.m. Saturday, November 13, 2021, at Esterdahl Mortuary & Crematory, Ltd., Moline.  Visitation will be from 1:00-3:00 p.m. at the funeral home.  Esterdahl Mortuary & Crematory, Ltd., Moline is assisting the family.

Robert was born on December 21, 1940, in Clarksdale, MS, the son of Calvin and Ruby Lee (Jackson) Myles Sr.  He worked as an operator for Nichols Home Shield in Davenport.  Robert enjoyed being with family and helping others in need.

Survivors include his children, Sharon (Eric) Rice, Teresa Carlton, Jerry (LaShon) Moore, and Aisha Spears; grandchildren, Cheria (Desmond) Hardaway, Ashley Moore, Candice (Michael) Lewis, Michael Carlton, Tre'von Rice, Shakayla Anderson, Jerry Myles, Regina Moore, Landon Shelton Jr.; sister, Elizabeth Myles Marshall; and host of nieces, nephews, and great grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by parents, Calvin and Ruby Lee Myles Sr., brother, Calvin Myles Jr.; and sister, Nonie May Jackson.
