Roberta L. "Mom Bert" Hubbard

Roberta L. "Mom Bert" Hubbard, age 83, formerly of Moline, died Friday, August 20, 2010 at St. Anthony's Nursing & Rehab, Rock Island.
Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m. Thursday, August 26, 2010 at Gospel Mission Temple, 5074 N. Pine Street, Davenport. Visitation is from 10:00-11:00 a.m. prior to the service at the church. Burial will be at Riverside Cemetery, Moline. Esterdahl Mortuary & Crematory, Ltd. Moline is assisting the family.
Roberta was born August 30, 1926 in Chicago, IL, the daughter of Robert Lee and Launa Abercrumbie.
While living in Chicago, Roberta was employed by the Zenith Corp. After moving to the Quad-City area, she became a member of Gospel Mission Temple in Davenport. Roberta loved to watch the Chicago Cubs and other Chicago sports teams, and Wheel of Fortune. She enjoyed playing cards, and doing puzzles.
