Roger P. Strom, age 76 of Moline, died Friday, June 1, 2007 at Genesis Medical Center, Illini Campus, Silvis, IL.
Funeral services will be 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, June 6, 2007 at Esterdahl Mortuary & Crematory, Ltd. 6601-38th Avenue, Moline. Visitation is 4:00-7:00 p.m. on Tuesday at the funeral home.
Roger was born June 28, 1930 in Moline, the son of Richard and Myra (Robbins) Strom. He married Marquetta M. Douglas on March 12, 1949 in Moline.
Roger was employed by The International Union Electrical Brotherhood Local of Electrical Workers as a residential electrician for various electricians in the Quad-Cities area. He was in the Reserve Army. Roger was a member of the Electrical Union, Vikings Thor Lodge # 9, and the Svithod Club.
