Ronald Trush

Ronald H. Trush, 77, of Moline, passed away Thursday, December 20, 2018, at his home.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m., Wednesday, December 26, 2018, at Esterdahl Mortuary & Crematory, Ltd., Moline.  Visitation will be one hour prior to services at the funeral home.  Burial will be at National Cemetery, Rock Island Arsenal.  Military honors will be conducted by the American Legion Post #246.  Memorials may be made to the family.

Ron was born on September 4, 1941, in Davenport, IA, the son of Henry H. and Alma S. (Mowitz) Trush.  He married Nancy October 23, 2000, in Milan.  He retired from the Rock Island Arsenal after 32 years where he worked as an inventory controller and material handler.  He volunteered at UnityPoint for may years and was a member of Immanuel Lutheran Church in Rock Island.  He enjoyed spending his time reading, traveling, and going on bus trips.

Survivors include his wife, Nancy; daughter, Tina (George) Ebidag, CA, grandson, Michael (Tiffany) Garcia, CA, great grandson, Dean Garcia; siblings-in-law, Joseph (Patti) Bliven, Joan Mincer, and Sally (Mark) Hull.

He was preceded in death by his parents.
