Rose A. Grafton, 95, of East Moline, died Tuesday, October 19, 2010 at Hope Creek Care Center, East Moline.
Funeral service will be 11:00 a.m. Saturday, October 23, 2010 at Esterdahl Mortuary & Crematory, Ltd., 6601 38th Avenue, Moline, Illinois. Visitation will be from 10:00-11:00 a.m. prior to the service at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to Elim Covenant Church. Burial will be at Riverside Cemetery.
Rose was born on June 15, 1915 in East St. Louis, IL to George and Bizar (Severian) Hakemian. She married Richard L. Grafton on June 15, 1946 in Cambridge. He preceded her in death on September 6, 1989.
Rose was a supervisor for Millard Maintenance from where she retired in 1985. She was a member of Elim Covenant Church in Moline. Rose enjoyed bingo, crossword puzzles, and playing cards.
