Russell R. Adamson, 85, of Milan, died September 23, 2008 at his home.
Funeral services will be 11a.m. September 26, 2008 with a visitation from 9-11a.m at Esterdahl Mortuary & Crematory, Ltd. 6601-38th Ave., Moline. Burial will be in Rural Township Cemetery at Beulah Presbyterian Church. Memorials may be made to Pathway Hospice.
Russell was born July 23, 1923 in East Moline to Edward W. and Helen C. Whitcomb Adamson. He married Wanda L. Kildow on December 25, 1944 in East Moline.
Russell was a laborer for 30 years for the former Ray Parks Mason Contractor retiring in 1986. He was a member of the East Moline Masonic Lodge No. 969. He loved to play piano and listen to music.
