Scott Alan Speaker

Scott Alan Speaker, 62, of East Moline, passed away, February 14, 2025, at MercyOne Genesis Silvis Medical Center.

A celebration of life will be held from 10 a.m. – 12 p.m. Tuesday February 25, 2025, at Individual Advocacy Group, 4366 Kennedy Drive, East Moline, IL. Additional parking can be found behind Revive Café. Cremation rites will be accorded and private inurnment will be at the Rock Island National Cemetery. Memorials may be made to the Individual Advocacy Group. Esterdahl Mortuary & Crematory, Ltd., Moline, is assisting the family.

Scott was born on September 22, 1962, in Moline, IL, the son of Albert E. and Norma H. (Liedtke) Speaker. He enjoyed bowling and being with his family & friends at the Individual Advocacy Group.

Survivors include his brother, Gary (Linda) Speaker; nephew, Brian (Lauri). 

He was preceded in death by his parents, Albert & Norma; brother, Gene Speaker; sister, Linda Parsons; and best friend Eddie DePauw.
