Sharon Rogerson, 66, of Moline, IL died Thursday, February 16, 2012 at Rosewood Care Center, Moline, IL.
Funeral services will be held at 9:30 a.m. Tuesday, February 21, 2012 at Edgewood Baptist Church, Rock Island. Visitation will be from 4 to 7 p.m. Monday, February 20, 2012 at Esterdahl Mortuary & Crematory, Ltd., 6601 38th Avenue, Moline. Burial will be at Rose-Lawn Memorial Estates. Memorials may be made in her honor to Pregnancy Resources of Moline or to Youth Hope.
Sharon was born in Moline, IL on July 12, 1945 to Kenneth and Betty (Wilkinson) Barr. She was employed by Deere & Company Administrative Center and later went on to First Evangelical Free Church where she served for 37 years in the office. Sharon married Glenn Rogerson on January 28, 1967. She was a former member of First Evangelical Free Church and a current member of Edgewood Baptist Church in Rock Island.
