Sheila A. Mckernie

Sheila A. McKernie, 94, of East Moline, died October 23, 2007 at Trinity Medical Center, Rock Island.
Funeral services will be 10:30 a.m. Friday, October 26, 2007 at First Congregational Church, Moline. Visitation will be Thursday from 5-7 p.m. at Esterdahl Mortuary & Crematory, Ltd., 6601-38th Ave., Moline. Burial will be in Matherville, IL. Memorials may be made to Arrowhead Ranch.
Sheila was born July 19, 1913 in Sherrard to Thomas and Ann (Lockhart) Kilpatrick. She married Walter McKernie on November 4, 1939. He preceded her in death on August 15, 1978.
Sheila worked with her husband as a secretary at Walt McKernie and Co. retiring in 1979. She was a member of First Congregational Church, Moline. She enjoyed playing golf, knitting, bowling and playing bridge.
