Shirley M. Jones, age 82, of Coal Valley, died Friday, May 1, 2009 at her home.
Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, May 5, 2009 at Esterdahl Mortuary & Crematory, Ltd. 6601-38th Avenue, Moline. Visitation is one hour prior to the service. Burial is in Greenview Memorial Gardens, East Moline. Memorials may be made to the family.
Shirley was born July 17, 1926 in Moline, the daughter of Oscar and Geneva (Covert) Anderson. She married Ralph D. Jones on December 24, 1968 in Moline.
Shirley was a member of First Christian Church in Moline. She loved to fish, camp and travel. Shirley especially loved her children and grandchildren.
