Shirley A. Wallarab-Robertson, 82, of Rock Island, passed April 3, 2011 at her residence surrounded by her loving family.
Funeral service will be 11:00 A.M., Thursday, April 7, 2011 at Esterdahl Mortuary & Crematory, Ltd., 6601 38th Avenue, Moline. Visitation will be from 4-7 P.M., Wednesday, April 6, 2011 at the funeral home.
Burial will be at Greenview Memorial Gardens. Memorials may be made to Heartland Hospice.
Shirley was born on February 13, 1929 in Moline to Howard and Midred Cunningham. She married Earl R. Wallarab on November 16, 1947 in Moline. He preceded her in death on January 23, 1973. She later married L.C. "Robbie" Robertson.
Shirley was a florist working for local Quad City flower shops. She loved dancing, golf, bowling, reading and playing euchre with her friends. Shirley was an avid Hawkeye, Bears, and Cub fan. Shirley was the rock of her family. Her family was her reason for living.
