Steven Briggs

Steven C. Briggs, 59, of Lynn Center, IL died October 8, 2007 at Genesis Medical Center, East Campus.
Per his wishes, cremation rites have been accorded. There will be a memorial service at 2 p.m. Friday, October 12, 2007 at Kirk, Huggins & Esterdahl Funeral Home, Ltd. Private burial will be at Western Township Cemetery. Memorials may be made to American Heart Association or charity of choice.
Steven was born November 23, 1947 in Moline to Curtis L. and Janis M. (Bloomberg) Briggs. He married Nancy Coyne in May of 1977 in Moline.
Steve was currently employed at B& W Construction in Moline. He was an avid golfer and sports enthusiast. He was a member of Valley View Country Club, Cambridge and Orion High School Hall of Fame.
