Terry "Sneezy" Peterson

Terry "Sneezy" Peterson, age 67, of New Windsor, died Thursday, July 14, 2011 at his residence.
Per his wishes, cremation rites have been accorded. A Memorial Service will be held at 10:00 a.m., Monday, July 18, 2011 at Esterdahl Mortuary & Crematory, Ltd. 6601-38th Avenue, Moline. Visitation is from 2:00-6:00 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to the family.
Terry was born July 21, 1943 in Moline, the son of Wilbur A. and Berniece Hungerford Peterson. He married Sharin Lueth on December 20, 1980 in Cable.
Terry was employed as an electrician for the Moline school system. He was president of the Moline Conservation Club, a member of the Rock Island Conservation Club, In-Fisherman, Western Sportsman Club president, Rock Island Railroad Electric Union president, journeyman electrician, wireman and lineman, electrical inspector for the city of Milan, president of Mississippi Valley Electrical inspectors. Terry started as a Den Mother for the Cub Scouts, then a Cub Master, followed by Scout Master. He was also a member of the NRA, Ducks Unlimited, Turkey Federation, Pheasants Forever and QCCA Expo Center.
