Thomas J. Hathaway

Thomas J. Hathaway, age 63, of Moline, died Saturday, January 3, 2009 at Genesis Medical Center, Illini Campus, Silvis.
Graveside services will be 1:30 p.m. Wednesday, January 7, 2009 at National Cemetery, Rock Island Arsenal. Visitation is from 12:00-1:00 p.m. at Esterdahl Mortuary & Crematory, Ltd. Memorials may be made to the family.
Tom was born December 6, 1945 in Muscatine, IA, the son of Harold and Leola (Marvin) Hathaway. He married Melvia Randles in January, 1968 in Moline, and they later divorced.
Tom was employed as a fork lift truck driver for McLaughlin Body Shop and Evans Manufacturing. He was a Vietnam Army veteran. Tom enjoyed fishing, watching movies, and baseball games.
