Thresia M. Peck-Stone

Thresia M. Peck-Stone, 86, of Rock Island, died August 28, 2008 at Trinity Medical Center, Rock Island.
Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m. with a visitation one hour prior on Saturday, August 30, 2008 at Esterdahl Mortuary & Crematory, Ltd. 6601-38th Ave., Moline. Burial will be in Moline Memorial Park. Memorials may be made to Midwest Dachshund Rescue, Inc. 8073 Stonegate Drive, Tinley Park, IL 60487 or Grace Baptist Church.
Thresia was born October 3, 1921 in Newport, KY to Marsh and Neva (Slaven) Daniels. She married Charlie Stone on August 17, 1981 in Golden, CO. They lovingly renewed their vows in 2006 with family and friends present. It was one of the happiest days of her life.
Thresia loved traveling in her motor home with her husband. They spent their winters in Texas for the last 20 years. She also enjoyed her flowers and gardening. She was proud that five generations of her family were alive and she always had a picture taken each year to commemorate this. Thresia loved God, spending time with her family, and her Dachshunds.
