Ty T Chuich

Ty T. Chuich, 49, of Silvis, IL, died Tuesday, January 3, 2017, at Genesis Medical Center – Silvis Campus, Silvis, IL.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, January 9, 2017, at Esterdahl Mortuary & Crematory, Ltd., 6601 38th Avenue, Moline.  Visitation will be from 2 to 5 p.m. Sunday, January 8, 2017, at the funeral home.  Per his wishes, cremation rites will be accorded and inurnment will be at Riverside Cemetery.  Memorials may be made to his family for a fund to be established.

Ty was born on December 12, 1967, in Moline, IL, the son of Gary Lee and Gay Lynnette Gray Chuich.  He married Christine Thompson in April of 1987, in East Moline, IL.  He worked as a network analyst for Deere & Co. in Moline.

Ty was a member of the NRA and enjoyed competitive shooting.  He loved to drag race his truck at Cordova Dragway and take fishing trips to Minnesota.  More than anything, Ty loved to be with his family and friends.

Survivors include his wife, Christine Chuich, Silvis, IL; sons, Daniel Chuich and Ethan Chuich both of Silvis, IL; father, Gary Chuich, formerly of East Moline, IL; brother-in-law, Steve Palcat, Silvis, IL; sisters-in-law, Cindy Mendoza, Moline, IL, and Becky Thompson, East Moline, IL; many nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, mother, and sister, Tracy Palcat.
