Velma E. Hulett, 97, of Silvis, died October 13, 2007 at Illini Restorative Care, Silvis.
Funeral services will be 11a.m. Tuesday, October 16, 2007 at Esterdahl Mortuary & Crematory, Ltd. 6601-38th Ave., Moline. Visitation will be Monday from 4-7 p.m. Burial will be in Greenview Memorial Gardens, East Moline. Memorials may be made to Moline Gospel Temple.
Velma was born October 20, 1909 in Schuyler Co., IL to Amos and Cora Belle (Stroops) Stambaugh. She married Frank W. Hulett in 1928 in Schuyler Co., IL. He preceded her in death on April 30, 1976.
Velma was a member of Moline Gospel Temple where she was a Sunday school teacher and head deaconess. She enjoyed spending time with her family and crocheting.
