Vickie was born on January 26, 1966 in Milan the daughter of Daniel and Harriet DeCramer Wilson. She married Jamie Hallam in 1987 in Rock Island.
Vickie was formerly employed as a telephone representative for SBC.
Survivors include her husband Jamie; son James; her father; two sisters Debbi and Tanya and self-adopted daughter Justine Klick. .
She was preceded in death by her daughter Jerrica and her mother.
