Violet Marie Hendrix

Violet Marie Hendrix, age 85, of Moline, died Friday, September 28, 2007 at her residence.
Funeral services will be 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, October 3, 2007 at Esterdahl Mortuary & Crematory, Ltd. 6601-38th Avenue, Moline. Visitation is from 4:00-7:00 p.m. on Tuesday at the funeral home. Burial is in National Cemetery, Arsenal Island.
Violet was born July 3, 1922 in Moline, the daughter of Hubert B. and Mayme Jane (Cravins) Bales. She married Walter Ervin Hendrix on October 4, 1947 in Rock Island. The Lord blessed them with 14 children. He preceded her in death in 1988.
Violet was employed at the former Servus Rubber Company. She was a member of Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. Violet will be remembered as a loving mother, grandmother, and great grandmother.
