Virginia A. Anderson, age 89, of Orion, died Friday, April 30, 2010 at Genesis Medical Center, Illini Campus, Silvis.
Funeral services will be 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, May 5, 2010 at Swedona Lutheran Church. Visitation is from 5:00-7:00 p.m. Tuesday at Kirk, Huggins & Esterdahl Funeral Home, Ltd. Orion. Burial is in Swedona Lutheran Cemetery. Memorials may be made to Swedona Lutheran Church.
Virginia was born April 6, 1921 in Kentucky, the daughter of Vandorn and Ora Floyd. She married Allen Simmon, and he preceded her in death in 1974. She then married Kenneth B. Anderson, and he preceded her in death in 1989.
Virginia was a member of Swedona Lutheran Church.
