Walter Edmund Whipple Jr

Walter Edmund Whipple, Jr., 71, of Silvis, IL died Wednesday, February 29, 2012 at his home.
Memorial Services will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, March 5, 2012 at First Baptist Church of East Moline. Visitation will be from 2 to 4 p.m. Sunday, March 4, 2012 at Esterdahl Mortuary & Crematory, Ltd., 6601 38th Avenue, Moline. Memorials may be made to First Baptist Church of East Moline where he was a member.
Walter was born on September 5, 1940 in Moline, IL the son of Walter and Mildred (Clemm) Whipple, Sr.
He married Zana Reinhart Boyer in 1982 and she preceded him in death on May 22, 2002. He worked for Case IH, retiring in 1985. Walter very much enjoyed camping and fishing.
