Wanda L Adamson

Wanda L. Adamson, 90, of Moline, died Tuesday, February 6, 2018, at home, surrounded by family and loved ones.

Funeral services will be held at 12 p.m., Friday, February 9, 2018, at Esterdahl Mortuary & Crematory, 6601 38th Ave., Moline.  Visitation will precede the service from 11 – 12 p.m.  Burial will be at Rural Township Cemetery at Beulah Presbyterian Church.  Memorials may be made to the family or Genesis Hospice.

Wanda was born on July 3, 1927, in Kewanee, IL, the daughter of Frederick and Ethel Heath Kildow.  She married Russell Adamson on December 25, 1944, in Moline, IL.  He preceded her in death on September 23, 2008.  Wanda was a homemaker and she enjoyed quilting, sewing, and spending time with family.

Survivors include her five children, Ethelene “Ducy” (David) Fender, Edward “Bub” (Judy), Gail Robinson, Dale (Jan), and Bonnie (Daniel) Hall; seventeen grandchildren, numerous great grandchildren and great great grandchildren; and sisters, Patricia Banks, and Bonnie (Russell) Phillips.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Russell; her parents; brother, Gene Kildow; and sister, Georgia Pearson.
