William Paul "Rusty" House, age 76, of Cambridge, died Friday, April 1, 2011 at his home.
Per his wishes, cremation rites will be accorded. Graveside services will be 2:00 P.M, Saturday, April 16, 2011 at Western Township Cemetery, Orion. Memorials may be made to the family. Kirk, Huggins & Esterdahl Funeral Home, Ltd. Orion is assisting the family.
Rusty was born October 26, 1934 in La Belle, MO, the son of William Albert and Ora Miller House. He married Shirley Ann Holland on December 6, 1952 in La Belle, MO. She preceded him in death on March 17, 1997.
Rusty was employed as a truck driver for Old Admiral Merchants in Moline, Munson Transportation in Monmouth and G.F. Lacaeyse in Grinnell, IA for 52 years, retiring in 2001. He enjoyed camping, and tinkering with his truck. He also enjoyed spending time with his great grandchildren. Rusty was a great guy who will be missed by his family and friends. If you did not know him or like him it was your loss. Mr. Wonderful.
