William "Bo" Everett McBride, 72, of Moline, IL, died Thursday, November 7, 2013, at UnityPoint Health - Trinity Rock Island, Rock Island, IL.
Memorial Services will be held at 10 a.m. Monday, November 11, 2013 at Beulah Presbyterian Church, 9221 148th Avenue, rural Orion, IL. Visitation will be from 2 to 6 p.m. Sunday, November 10, 2013, at Esterdahl Mortuary & Crematory, Ltd., 6601 38th Avenue, Moline, IL. Private inurnment will be held at National Cemetery at Rock Island Arsenal at a later date. Memorials may be made to Beulah Presbyterian Church or to the American Lung Association.
William was born on September 18, 1941, in Oelwein, IL, the son of John Fred "Bus" and Ora Ellen (Klebbe) McBride. He married Suzanne Bueter in February of 1965 at the Little Brown Church in Iowa. He later married Debra Jane Morgan on October 27, 1990, at Beulah Presbyterian Church in Orion.
William served in the United States Navy from September 17, 1959, thru May 16, 1961, retiring as an Electrician's Mate 3rd Class. He worked for John Deere Harvester East Moline from 1966 - 1998, retiring as a Machinist after 32 years of service.
William was a member of U.A.W. Local 865 and the East End Bolder's Club. He attended Beulah Presbyterian Church and loved traveling all over the United States with his wife, Debra. William was an avid fisherman and traveled twice a year to Canada to fish. Among the many places he enjoyed fishing were Big Springs and Turkey River in Iowa.

He was well loved by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents and his step-son, Larry.
William's family is very proud that his eyes have been donated to the Illinois Eye Bank.
