Wilna Fay Catton, 95, of Rock Island, died August 19, 2008 at Rosewood Care Center, Galesburg, IL.
Cremation rites will be accorded. Private family services will be held at a later date. Memorials may be made to Free Will Baptist Church, Colona, IL.
Wilna was born July 23, 1913 in Stark Co., IL. She married Vernon Catton in June of 1932 in Oregon, IL. He preceded her in death on January 16, 1983.
Wilna owned and operated Catton's Grocery Store in Hoopole. She worked at Micro Gear and Chuck's in Prophetstown. She later worked at Per Mar and Wendy's in Rock Island where she received several Employee of the Months awards.
She is survived by her four children.
