Karen R. Smith, 69, of East Moline, IL, died Tuesday, August 2, 2016, at Genesis Medical Center, Illini Campus, Silvis.

Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Friday, August 5, 2016 at Esterdahl Mortuary & Crematory, Ltd.,

6601-38th Avenue, Moline, IL.  Visitation will be from Noon until service time at the funeral home.  Burial will be in Greenview Memorial Gardens, East Moline.

Karen was born August 23, 1946, in Kewanee, IL, the daughter of Roger & Shirley Janet Manble Ward.  She married Orlie G. Smith in 1964 in Moline, IL.  Karen was a homemaker and enjoyed reading, shopping, and was a collector of many things.
