Nancy A. (Rennick) Jones

Nancy A. Jones, 87, of Colona, Illinois, passed away on Monday, January 10, 2022, at Genesis Medical Center Illini Campus.

A funeral service will be 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, January 13, 2022, at Esterdahl Mortuary & Crematory, Ltd., Moline.  Visitation will be from 10-11 at the funeral home.  Burial will be at Greenview Memorial Gardens in East Moline.

Nancy was born on December 5, 1934, in Davenport, Iowa the daughter of August and Mary Smith Rennick.  She married Clinton C. Jones in East Moline and he preceded her in death on August 24, 2001.

Nancy was employed as a dietician with Aramark Food Service in Moline.   She loved to play cards, bingo and her trips to Las Vegas.  She also enjoyed camping and fishing but above all she loved spending time with her family.

She is survived by her daughter, Linda and Dennis Swanson, son, Robert and Judy Carlson and daughter, Kari Carlson.  She also is survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, parents, a daughter, Jeri Jones-Cawley, 4 sisters and a brother.
